◎简　　介
　　　　香港长洲岛是个小地方，人们生于斯长于斯，没有太大抱负也能享受安逸生活。但是偏偏出了个死心眼的“长洲美少女”罗娇（钟欣桐饰），为了报情敌的一巴掌之仇，决心拉上几个好姐妹参加“出水芙蓉”4x100游泳接力赛夺下冠军。为此她绑架到“飞鱼王子”郭志远（方力申饰），逼他训练自己和姐妹们：命犯天煞孤星的病秧子阿玉（黄圣依饰），草食双胞胎“大花”（茜利妹饰）与“小花”（朱熏饰）。经过一番刻苦训练，加上阿娇无意中遇到“海上观音”（田亮饰）赋予她的超能力，阿娇和姐妹们泳技飞涨，郭志远也慢慢对阿娇动了心，只是被她误会喜欢阿玉。比赛终于到来，“海上观音”显灵令阿娇他们获胜，而阿娇和郭志远的爱情却也随着志远被经纪人接走见了分晓……
