◎简 介
护士土屋名美的男友是一名拍摄色情照片的摄影师，他瞒着名美与一名女模特保持着性爱关系。一天名美在上班时遭到两名男病人的强奸，受伤的她回到家里，结果发现了男友的秘密。名美伤心地离开家，因为神智模糊而在路上被车撞晕过去。开车的村木哲郎是一名盗取了客户资金后逃跑的股票经纪人，他怕名美被警察发现后追踪到自己，于是就把名美抱上了车并乘机奸污了她。名美醒来后俟机逃跑，结果又被村木给抓了回来。最终她能逃出村木之手吗？还是会与村木发展出一段畸恋？
《色胆天使》漫画原作者石井隆在担任了前面四部影片的编剧后，终于忍不住在第五部亲自上阵做了导演，而且影片中还终于出现了一个大明星竹中直人。影片的主题是信任，名美因为被男友背叛和遭遇强奸而对男性彻底失去了信任，村木则虽然因为做了犯法的事情变得不敢轻易相信别人，但在内心深处也希望名能原谅他对她所做的事情并信任他。石井隆虽然是初次执导，但对镜头掌控熟练，病房里强奸那段摄影机极其灵活，而影片发展不久后几乎就只剩下两名演员，活动空间也很有限，但都还能拍的有滋有味。不过，由于日本电影此时审查制度比较严格，所以在一些关键部位做了雾化处理，而这也是系列中唯一使用雾化处理的影片。
